Village of Wellington Community Center & Tennis Facility

Alexis Knight Architects served as the Village’s Owner’s Representative and Program Manager for the planning, design implementation, and construction oversight of the Village of Wellington’s Community Center and Tennis Facility. Working closely with municipal leadership, the firm provided critical guidance throughout the delivery of these high-profile public projects, ensuring compliance with program requirements, budget objectives, and community expectations.

The Community Center encompasses approximately 25,000 square feet of civic and event space, including meeting rooms, conference facilities, a ballroom, commercial kitchen, and administrative offices. The Tennis Facility features 21 lighted clay courts, locker rooms, a pro shop, concession areas, and support spaces designed to accommodate both recreational and competitive programming.

Together, these projects represent over $10 million in public investment, enhancing Wellington’s civic infrastructure and providing residents with modern recreational, cultural, and community-focused amenities that support long-term growth and quality of life.
