Boynton Beach Blvd. Revitalization Plan

The Boynton Beach Boulevard Revitalization Plan reimagines a key waterfront corridor as a vibrant public destination that enhances connectivity, recreation, and community engagement. Developed in collaboration with the City of Boynton Beach and the Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), the project transforms the existing lakefront environment into an active, pedestrian-focused public space.

The design introduces a network of enhanced walking paths, expanded landscaping, and a scenic waterfront promenade that encourages outdoor activity while strengthening the connection between residents, visitors, and the natural environment. New public amenities include a pavilion, festival gathering areas, decorative water features, improved lighting, security enhancements, electric vehicle charging stations, and additional parking to support year-round community events.

Sustainability is integrated throughout the project through the incorporation of landscape swales, native plantings, and environmentally conscious site improvements that promote stormwater management and long-term resilience. The revitalization creates an attractive, safe, and accessible public realm that supports recreation, economic development, and civic pride while celebrating Boynton Beach's unique waterfront identity.
