Indian River County Fleet Maintenance Complex

AKA served as Architect of Record for the Indian River County Fleet Maintenance Complex, providing master planning, programming, architectural design, and engineering coordination services for the consolidation of the County's public works and vehicle maintenance operations. The project included a 29,600-square-foot maintenance facility and a 12,000-square-foot office and parts storage building, creating a modernized operational hub for fleet services.

Completed as part of AKA's extensive portfolio of municipal and public sector work, the project exemplifies the firm's more than 50 years of experience delivering efficient, durable, and functional facilities that continue to serve communities throughout Florida and beyond.
