Voloshin Villa

Set on a gated estate of over two acres in Loxahatchee, Florida, this single-family home brings modern design to a rural, wooded setting. White stucco volumes, flat rooflines and a slender pergola frame wall of floor-to-ceiling glass. The home wraps in a L shape around a courtyard pool, where stepping pads cross the water and the living spaces open onto a wide paver terrace. A great room, an open kitchen with an island and a private bedroom wing make the most of indoor-outdoor living.
