Celestial Key

Envisioned as a distinctive private waterfront retreat, this residential project explores the development of a new building site along the Intracoastal and Lake Worth Lagoon in Riviera Beach. The concept includes the creation of a private island setting connected to the mainland by a pile-supported bridge, establishing a unique foundation for a custom residence.

The design study explores the residence, site improvements, seawall, bridge connection, and essential infrastructure while addressing the complex permitting requirements associated with this sensitive waterfront location.

The project reflects a highly site-specific approach to residential design, bringing together architecture, engineering, and environmental planning to evaluate the potential for an exceptional waterfront property.
