Alexis Knight Architects designed the interior renovation for Heritage Auctions’ West Palm Beach location, transforming approximately 3,120 square feet of an existing commercial building into a refined environment for fine art, memorabilia, auction, and consignment services.

The renovated space integrates professional offices with dedicated exhibition and storage areas, balancing the operational needs of staff with the presentation of art and collectible pieces. Working within the existing building configuration, the design thoughtfully organizes two first-floor tenant areas around shared public amenities, creating a functional and welcoming setting that supports Heritage Auctions’ presence in West Palm Beach.
