Mulvaney Villa

On the waterfront of Delray Beach, a single-story home was reimagined as a two-story Mediterranean Villa built around life on the water. A new second level with a colonnaded veranda and warm shelters the outdoor living spaces. The barrel tile roof, soft stucco and a round-top accent window give the home a timeless coastal feel. A new pool and spa run along the seawall, stops from the private dock.
