Project Narrative
The new Suffolk Construction Company headquarters building interiors include a “high-volume” open entrance lobby, a large main conference room and receptionist area with full-length operable glass partitioning, “open area” work areas, staff offices, staff training room, staff lounge and executive offices. This project was awarded a LEED Gold Certification and designed to be a hardened structure.
South Florida Water Management District Headquarters Building

Project Narrative
The new District Headquarters Building includes a new three-story, 120,000 square foot building with offices, conference center, laboratories and the operation center for the control and management south Florida’s vast network of canals locks and dams. The Project also includes a new 10,000 ancillary building for the SFWMD maintenance equipment and main copy center.

This project includes the design and construction of a new building to accommodate the security, hospitality and operation facilities located on the Fairgrounds at 9067 Southern Boulevard, in West Palm Beach Florida. The proposed new building shall be two stories and approximately 10,000 square feet.
