The new 23,000 square foot Fire Station Headquarters Building included a new training facility, four fire truck bays, sleeping quarters for 12 personnel, EOC and the administrative facilities for the cities fore department.
Indian River County Fleet Maintenance Complex

Project Narrative:
This 5.3 and 3.7 acre site development included the consolidation of the Indian River County Public Works Fleet Maintenance Facility and the Indian River County Public Work Fleet Maintenance Complex. The new complex included a new 36,000 square administrative, part storage and sixteen vehicle maintenance bays. In addition, the project included accommodations for the Road and Bridge and the Traffic Department administrative and equipment storage.
PBSO Vehicle Maintenance Facility
West Palm Beach, Florida
Project Narrative:
This new PBSO Facility includes a new Vehicle Maintenance Facility, including 16 maintenance bays, part storage and painting facilities. The building program also includes the radio/digital and County Purchasing and Property Control Departments. The new building is 53,000 square feet on a newly developed 13 acre site which includes a new fueling depot and vehicular storage for the 1,600 PBSO fleet.
